Digital Cove
Nail Tech Business PA — Terms
Last updated: 18 August 2026
These terms apply to the Digital Cove Nail Tech Business PA. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
1. The service
The Nail Tech Business PA is an AI-assisted business support service for nail professionals. It can help draft social content, work with photos you upload, plan marketing, prepare client communications, set optional weekly business reminders and provide guidance intended to improve the controllable parts of your Google Search and Maps presence.
The launch version does not automatically publish social posts, edit your live Google Business Profile, make bookings or guarantee business, revenue, search rankings or a Google Maps position unless a future connected feature expressly says it performs that action.
2. One-off purchase and access
The first 50 completed purchases are offered at £15 one-off. After those 50 completed purchases, the standard price is £20 one-off unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
A verified purchase gives you ongoing access to the Nail Tech Business PA. This is not a recurring subscription and there is no automatic monthly renewal charge.
3. Included starter use and top-ups
Your purchase includes 100 starter credits for eligible Nail Tech PA requests. Credits are a simple customer-facing way to represent the processing allowance used by the service. Different jobs can use different amounts because longer responses, image analysis and voice transcription have different processing costs.
Starter credits do not renew monthly. When they are used, your access to the PA remains active but new AI requests can pause until you choose to add a top-up.
Optional top-up packs are currently £5 for 25 credits and £10 for 60 credits. Top-ups are not automatic, do not renew and are intended to remain available until used. Nothing extra is charged merely because your balance reaches zero.
We may change top-up pack sizes, prices or future purchase offers where needed to keep the service sustainable. Any change applies prospectively and does not create a recurring charge without your agreement.
4. Weekly reminders
You can choose optional recurring business reminders, such as checking booking gaps, preparing Google updates, replying to reviews or planning content. The launch version sends these reminders by email. Reminder delivery can be delayed or fail because of email, hosting or other third-party systems, so reminders should not be relied on for urgent, legal, medical, safety-critical or time-critical obligations.
You can edit or disable these reminders in the app.
5. Your content and photos
You keep ownership of content and photos you upload. You confirm that you have the right and any necessary client permission to use them for the purpose you request. Do not upload material you are not entitled to use or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
You allow Digital Cove and the AI/service providers described in our Privacy Policy to process submitted content only as needed to provide and secure the service.
6. AI output and your responsibility
AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing or sending it, and for checking factual claims, prices, availability, policies, treatment descriptions and client information. The PA is designed not to invent these details, but automated output should still be checked.
Google visibility guidance is practical marketing support, not a ranking guarantee. Google controls its own search results, policies and algorithms.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleading activity; to create fake reviews or testimonials; to impersonate another business or person; or to upload content that infringes another person's rights.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. AI providers, hosting services, Stripe, email providers and other infrastructure can experience outages or change their systems. We may make reasonable technical or product changes to keep the service secure, useful and commercially sustainable.
9. Immediate access, cancellation and statutory rights
At checkout you can request that access starts immediately rather than waiting for any applicable 14-day cancellation period to expire. The cancellation rules can differ depending on whether the law treats a particular part of the PA as digital content or as a service.
Where a part of the PA is treated as digital content supplied immediately, your statutory right to cancel that digital content can be lost once supply begins if the legal requirements for your express consent and acknowledgement are met. Where a part is treated as a service that begins during a cancellation period, different statutory rules can apply, including possible payment for the service supplied before cancellation.
This does not affect rights you may have where the service or digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet statutory requirements. To exercise a cancellation right or ask about a refund, email SalesSupport@thedigitalcove.co.uk.
10. Ending or suspending access
Reaching a zero credit balance does not remove your purchased access; it only pauses eligible AI requests until you top up. We may suspend or revoke access after a full refund, a payment dispute, serious misuse or a security risk.
11. Contact
